Arnold and Johan decided to join forces as land surveyors in 2016.
Both of us have more than 30 years experience in engineering survey.
Projects we have been involved included dams, roads, harbours, oil fields ,tunnels ,power-lines and township work.
We have been privilege to work on large international projects to small construction companies .Taking our work from South Africa to Chad, Guinea, Taiwan ,Lesotho, Namibia and Mozambique.
Our obligation is to ensure that all survey work is done precise and professional manner on time. To do this we use the latest survey equipment available to us.
Equipment: RTK GPS, Robotic Total Station, DJI Drone,Electronic Level, Model Maker Software and Auto cad.

OUR PROJECTS
Neckartal Dam
The Neckartal Dam is located near Keetmanshoop in the Fish River.
It is a RCC dam and 67.5m high at the centre of the dam wall.
It will have a storage volume of about 846 million cubic metres water for irrigation purposes.
About 10km upstream a weir and a pump station has been constructed including 8.4km pipeline and balancing dam.

Mokolo Crocodile Pipeline
Mokolo Crocodile Pipeline project is 46km pipeline up to 1.1m in diameter and will deliver approximately 30 million cubic metres of water per annum.
It also included 4.5MW pump station which is taking water from the Mokolo Dam in Lephalale and supplying to existing infrastructures mainly to Matimba and Medupi Power Stations.

Oil Explorations
Multibillion US dollar ongoing project.
Oil explorations from the main land of Chad.
New oil platforms had to be constructed for oil rig operations.
Platforms, access roads and pipeline routes were designed and surveyed by us.

Port of Ngqura
The Port of Ngqura, Coega Harbour is a deepwater port 20km of Port Elizabeth with a depth of between 16m and 18m.
A strategic development to attract foreign and local investment in manufacturing industries.
The project was to extend the quay wall of 780m by 520m providing a total length of 1300m and a depth of 16m.
This also included paving roads, road bridges and services.

Mohale Tunnel
The Mohale Tunnel is located in the Maloti mountains of Lesotho.
The tunnel is 32km long with a 4.25m in diameter was constructed to deliver water from the Mohale dam to the Katse dam, which is than able to deliver water to Vaal Triangle in South Africa.

Speed Rail
High speed rail that runs approximately 350km along the west coast of Taiwan, from the capital of Taipei to the southern city of Kaohsiung.
The involvement were in the 7km Section of bridges that were constructed, using precast, I-beams and sliding shutters.

Berg River Dam
The Berg River Dam located in Franschhoek South Africa.
The dam is a 62m high concrete faced rock fill dam with a storage volume of 130 million cubic meters of water.
It also included two pump stations with a power of 25MW, 12km pipeline and balancing dam.
The dam was constructed to alleviate the water shortage in the Cape Town area.

Matimb-Midas
The100km 400kV Matimba-Midas Transmission line was constructed due to the need for power on the Platinum Belt in the Rustenburg area.
